Here Is How You Can Turn Off Birthday Reminder On Your Windows 8.1 Lock Screen
Go to Calendar app from the Start menu. Slide your mouse to the top right or bottom right corner of the screen, then click Settings > Options.
Now, you will see the section “Birthday calendar” along with your other calendars.
All you need to do is to slide off the Birthday calendar.
When you done, the next time when your lock screen shows up, you will no longer see the Birthday reminder showing next to the notification area.
This is the quick way to hide or remove birthday reminder from your Windows 8 lock screen. However, as you might guessed, this also hides all your friend’s birthday from your calendar as well.
